The cashier in the store asked me at the cheque out counter to STOP POPPING MY Mucilage Considering IT IRRITATES HER. I politely said no. I felt like I am a paying customer. I did not speak disrespectful to the cashier for her to speak to me similar that and inquire me to practise something because it's irritating her.

I visited store #07600 and I was "amazed" how well the store looked. I run into information technology was remodeled and there was room in the alley to shop for your items. Go along up the good piece of work. Now I don't listen going into this store.

And then I bought 2 infinite heaters that work perfectly fine. I did not need them anymore and I just got them 2 days ago. I was told no store credit and you can't return them. Wtf!!?? So I waste 40 dollars for nada. Can't even become shop credit.. Will never exist back there e'er e'er once again in Ashtabula Ohio.... The one by Salvage A Lot **!!!

I asked employee why I could not return an unopened parcel of razors and was told it was store policy. Very strange. Let her know I would be calling into corporate client service and was told to "Exercise any the ** I needed to". That'due south Albuquerque for you. As well how come EVERY Family Dollar that you become into here is always trashed and has boxes blocking all of the aisles all the fourth dimension? Horrible Horrible Horrible. Placed $40 on prepaid bill of fare. The money went somewhere else and I took the receipt in and it's been a week and can get no response or refund from this visitor. The managing director tried to help me but it has stalled also. Called the company. All I go is the runaround. Still no response. I tin't get my coin and they don't even deserve 1 star.

At 8:45pm my son and I arrived at Family Dollar in Zanesville Ohio store # 2933. Then afterwards fishing all day and needing a few items we stopped to grab them before the store closed. My son lost his phone in the automobile and then we were looking for information technology for like 9 minutes or so before we headed inside. Started to walk in at 8:54 pm, and as shortly every bit nosotros got inside the doors a man says "you got 2 minutes" without even greeting united states of america. Well I said it isn't 9:00pm nonetheless, and he said "I don't intendance. We lock the door at viii:57pm" and I said, "Ok that'south fine. Nosotros won't be long." Then my son and I went to the medication alley and found what we needed. So we head back towards the register and I said to the human, "Run across. I told you we wouldnt be long," by this time it's 8:56pm.
I asked him if he would tell me his name because I didn't similar how he was talking to me and I wanted to escalate the situation to direction. He and so tells me "no I'm not telling my name" and I said why, and he said "because I don't similar you" while pointing in my direction. Very hostile and angry with me for no reason. And then I asked him, "Are you racist?" Because my son and I are colored people and information technology felt like he was being racist towards me. I said, "Well I'd like to your proper name so that I can speak to your director please." He proceeds to go along telling me no, while his badge is not on him anywhere. And I said to said her, "What is his bargain, can yous tell me his name please?" And she said, "Well he is correct. It is impossible to speak to a live person to vox my complaint. The manager at 8:00am tells me in that location is cipher that tin be done but to write him upward and retrain him. That is not going to work for me. He needs to be fired from Family Dollar and he does non demand to work in customer service anymore. There is nix that this store can do to right this wrong. I have already contacted an chaser and this will be a civil lawsuit.

I slipped and barbarous at the Family Dollar store and fractured my foot, I was first approached past family dollar with a $1,000 offer but said expect until I get my x-rays dorsum due to the excruciating pain I was experiencing, institute that I fractured my human foot a toe along with having deep gashes in my pes and knee, once they figured out my injuries were more astringent they transferred my case to their insurance provider who has at present for 9 months promised a settlement merely yet have, I opted to not do a lawyer because my reporting was non to make banking company off of this sideslip and fall simply to be comped for my medical and pain and suffering.
I have been patient but now I am growing tired and ready to be more than vocal to cause a needed reaction. I am planning to go to media if needed to shed light on how major companies choose to have advantage of good hearted people such as myself that was not looking to con this major company!
